Fuel surcharges may be added by NCL as oil and gas prices fluctuate.  As of May 1, 2008, NCL is adding an extra $9 per person per day for new registrations to reflect increases in the market.  We apologize that we were unable to avoid this unexpected increase for our group... we tried! Triple and quad cabins must be booked ASAP.  They are limited in availability and prices are subject to change on these. Travel insurance is extra and highly recommended. Airfare is extra and will vary depending on your departure city across Canada.  Our travel agent will be happy to discuss this with you!  Feel free to put those airmiles to use as well! Gratuities/service charges of $10 US per day ($5 per child) will be added to your onboard account.  This will allow us to enjoy a "cash-free" experience and cover our tips for the great service that the entire NCL crew will be providing all of us during our cruise.  You may still tip individuals you wish to give extra to and anyone who provides you with a personal service (ie. concierge, butler, bartender, etc.), but the rest is taken care of! Several husbands attended our last one and enjoyed the experience including many of the photography classes!  There is always something to do on the ship while the wives are taking in a class or two so know that HUBBIES ARE WELCOME!! Cabin Choices Balcony Cabins - picture yourself sitting on your own private balcony overlooking the wide blue sea. Whether you enjoy a quiet breakfast or nightcap, sunbathe or read in peace... a private balcony will add to the enjoyment of your cruise. Outside Cabins - these are built along the hull of the ship and feature either a porthole or a picture window. All staterooms come with two twin beds that can be convereted into one queen-sized bed. Third and fourth passengers may sleep on a pull down bunk bed. Both sunshine and moonlight will fill the room. Inside Cabins - any cabin that is not built along the hull of the ship is considered an inside cabin as it does not feature a porthole or window. They are approximately 167 sq feet and are generally the least expensive. They are comfortable, but can be a challenge for more than two passengers.   Cruise Excursions At each port of call, you will have the chance to choose some extra excursions to add to your experience.  These include such things as: snorkel and sail horseback on the beach Jeep safari white water rafting swimming with the dolphins jet skiing deep sea fishing golfing and many more! These excursions are extra and should be booked prior to your cruise.  Be sure to inquire when you book if you are interested in adding one of these to your itinerary.
